ii. Change Credit Card Details:
A. Active Account:
If the account is a paid status and you want a different card to be charged, you can
change the credit card details the following way:
Click on My Account from the username drop-down menu in the upper right.
Click the Billing Details tab.
Click the Edit button next to the Payment Information. Here you can enter your
new credit card details for the currently active account.
B. Canceled Account:
If your account has been canceled due to either a cancel request or to non-payment,
you will need to reactivate a paid plan.
To reactivate, please do the following:
1. Login to the account and click on the Upgrade button located on the homepage
or click the Upgrade button under the My Account tab.
2. Go through the prompts to pick your plan type again.
3. If paying by credit card, enter your updated credit card details. (*Once the paid
plan is canceled we do not store the card details for security purposes.)
4. When the payment is processed, your account becomes active and your surveys
and data will be available to you again.
4. How can I transfer a survey to another account?
You can transfer a survey to another paid account by clicking on the Transfer Survey
button located next to any survey on the My Surveys page. To transfer or copy your
survey into another account, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Click the Transfer Survey button to the right of any survey on the My Surveys
page..
You must know the username of the account into which you are transferring the
survey.
Next, click either the Copy or Move button. This places the survey into the
chosen account.
